Description

Year 1900. Edward Hillary has finished his studies in England and is returning home. In the Argentine-Brazilian border. his father is in charge of a cattle ranch.

The old Hillary, a man of strict realistic ideas, feels uneasy when he discovers that his heir prefers dead languages to accounting. To p'ut the young man to test. his father sends him to look for a legendary estancia of vaguely defined location in the wild pampas of southern Brazil.

During an adventure that brings him both happiness and horror, the inexperienced Edward will complete his education after being forced to choose between his romantic fantasy and his father's authority.
