1994 Guadalajara Mexican Screenwriters Lab

Universidad de Guadaljara and the Sundance Institute are pleased to welcome you to the Second Screenwriters Lab to be organized in our country.

The aim of this meeting is to offer young Mexican screenwriters and our guest from Cuba, the opportunity of analyzing their work with professional advisors from Latin America, Spain and the United States.

In this lab, advisors and screenwriters will analyze and discuss each screenplay in individual work sessions. This method greatly enriches the view of each writer with respect to his own work, helping him to find solutions and opening new doors in the development of the story and characters through interactive dialogue adn the analysis of each project from the different points of view.

The basic principle is to work together as professionals in a spirit of open and generous cooperation.
