Description
Jody Jones, a young teenage girl, tapped by incest and an unwanted pregnancy, schemes with her boyfriend, Kyle Carter, to rid them of her abusive father. Roy Carter is the contented, mildly corrupt sheriff of "Luxury," a town bursting at the seams with lurid , illicit activities: a young girl driven into sexual favors, an Asian mail order bride abused by her husband, an invasion of drug territories resulting in a rampage of murder. The sheriff remains aloof and apart, controlling his own interests, believing his job is not to get in the way. He takes everyone's side, but protects no one until his son, Kyle, commits murder.
To uphold the family honor, Sheriff Roy Carter fights the good fight with alarming results.
