Description
This film closely follows two young involved in YouthBuilds programs in New York City and San Francisco documenting the personal and political dramas that unfold over a year in a high stakes community rebuilding project. Simultaneously the filmmakers will also track the lives of two individuals from these cities who are not selected to participate in a YouthBuilds program and paths their lives take without YouthBuilds schooling and support. The film is as much about powerful stories of rebuilding neglected neighborhoods as it is about the personal struggles to reclaim and reinvent these promising young lives.
