Description
The third edition of the Composers Lab Experiments at New Frontier features a collaboration between musician extraordinaire Gingger Shankar and filmmakers A.J. Lara and Arthur Hyde. In their multimedia performance, Metamorphoses, Gingger Shankar and special guest musicians elegantly score the walls of time and space. These musicians test the boundaries of organic versus electronic music and find where the two meet. While the musicians uniquely create hybrid, Lara and Hyde scuplt the visual architecture through a fusion of mind and motion. As the participants play with sight and sound, a live journey through life and dreams unfolds.
