Tim and Eric's Billion Dollar Movie

Institute History

  • 2012 Sundance Film Festival

Description

Tim and Eric are given a billion dollars to make a movie but squander every dime, and the sinister Schlaaang Corporation is pissed. Their lives at stake, the guys skip town in search of some way to pay the money back. They happen upon a chance to rehabilitate a bankrupt mall full of vagrants, bizarre stores, and a man-eating wolf that stalks the food court, and they see dollar signs—a billion of them.

After conquering cable, animation, music, and the Internet, Tim and Eric’s feature debut is full of inappropriate humor that you will never be able to unsee. The duo write, direct, and star in this twisted adventure through the extremes of comedy, featuring some of the biggest movie stars today in some of the strangest roles of their careers. This is a film like none other. “Great job!”
