Description
Academy Award-nominated documentarian Danfung Dennis returns to the Sundance Film Festival (his film Hell and Back played at the 2011 Festival) with the first documentary film shot for virtual reality. Zero Point follows the pioneers of virtual reality, the researchers and developers who are creating this new digital dimension. From combat training simulations at the Department of Defense to research labs at Stanford, from indie game developers to hackers, this immersive game experience brings viewers up to date on an exciting new medium. —S.F.
