The panel discussion, featuring internationally recognize producers and film financiers, will discuss the every-expanding sources of financing available in the United States and internationally and the way television companies, international film sales agents, film financiers, and new underwriting techniques are increasing the available supply of money for independently produced films. This panel includes speakers from Germany, England, France, and America and will be moderated by Thomas F.R. Garvin, who specializes in film financing and international co-production.
