Shaping the Truth: Discussing Documentary Ethics and Filmmaking. Panel hosted by Doc Society’s Shanida Scotland and featuring guests including Kim Longinotto (The Day I Will Never Forget, Salma) and Sam Hobkinson (Misha and the Wolves). In a wide ranging discussion, the panel guests will discuss filmmaking practice, ethics and responsibility in documentary, when it comes to questions of truth, authenticity and duty to real world subjects.
