During the Festival the Executive Board of the Association of Film Commissioners will be meeting in Park City hosted by the Utah Film Commission. Here, in an informal discussion session, a number of the Commissioners will present ways in which they can serve independents, including location scouting, permits, logistical support and liaisons, unexpected amenities and cost cutting hints.
