Film Music Events-Festival Music Cafe and KCRW

Presented by Acura

Friday, January 17 – Sunday, January 19, 9:30 p.m.-midnight

FESTIVAL Music Café

Join KCRW for three nights of live music at the Music Café, featuring celebrated artists with ties to films at this year’s Festival. Additionally, the station’s talented roster of DJs, including the dynamic duo of Jason Bentley and Anne Litt, will curate smart and fun playlists each night, bringing a taste of LA radio to Utah.

If you happened to miss it, one of the standouts from last year’s Music Café was the performance by the supremely talented Andrew Bird. His live show has lived on as part of KCRW’s normal rotation throughout the year, even becoming part of the station's year-end picks for best live songs.

With the momentum of that show carrying it into 2014, KCRW will record each performance this year, pulling highlights for a live broadcast from Park City for audiences back home and around the world.

As you use our Online Archives, please understand that the information presented from Festivals, Labs, and other activities is taken directly from official publications from each year. While this information is limited and doesn't necessarily represent the full list of participants (e.g. actors and crew), it is the list given to us by the main film/play/project contact at the time, based on the space restrictions of our publications. Each entry in the Online Archives is meant as a historical record of a particular film, play, or project at the time of its involvement with Sundance Institute. For this reason, we can only amend an entry if a name is misspelled, or if the entry does not correctly reflect the original publication.
